BHS 1955 "Three Musketeers"

The fat boy in the middle is me! A doctor put me on Lyrica for neuralgia pain and everything I eat goes right to my waist and butt. I had been slender all my life and at 72 I have got to diet and lose about 15 pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions? I eat fat free foods, snacks are pretzels, and I drink diet Coke and water.
