Conservative View on Obama's Gun Control Record

Sunday 10/19/2008

Dear Friends and family,

Subject: Second Amendment Rights

Do you have any firearm in your home either for protection, hunting, or target practice?
Would you like to keep these and not be subject to prosecution or taxes or controls that reduce or eliminate your having the right to own these?

Looking at some past voting records of our two candidates for President and Commander in Chief of our Military, here below are some of the proposals forwarded and supported by Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. If you agree with some of his and Mr. Kennedy's proposals, well, here are some you may agree with.

Based on past voting record in the Senate, here are 3 of his proposals if we vote him in as Commander in Chief.

1. Prosecute people who use guns (any gun) for self-defense in the home. Obama's vote was "YES"

2. Ban the sale of almost all hunting ammunition. Obama's vote was "YES".

3. Increase taxes on firearms and ammunition by 500%. Obama's vote was "YES".

These are some Illinois and U.S. Senate bills and public record facts that you may want to research as I have and others.

Fact: Obama has supported banning of hundreds of rifles and shotguns used in hunting and sport shooting: ILLINOIS SENATE DEBATE #3: BARACK OBAMA VS ALAN KEYES, 10/21/2004

Fact: Obama voted to allow reckless lawsuits designed to put the firearms industry out of business. S.(Senate)397, vote 219, 7/29/2005.

Fact: Obama voted to ban almost all rifle ammunition commonly used in hunting and sport shooting. S.397, vote 217, 7/29/2005.

Fact: Obama voted to allow the prosecution of citizens who use a firearm in defense of the home. Illinois Senate, S.B. 2165. 3/25/2004

Fact: Obama supported increasing taxes on firearms and ammunition by 500%. Chicago Defender, 12/13/1999.

The conservative wing of our Congress (and NRA) graded Mr. Obama and his defense of the Second Amendment and his grade was an "F".

I don't know what other opinions and leanings are of Mr. Obama as these have not been revealed in the 3 debates we have seen. Based on past opinions, I leave you to make your choice for Commander in Chief our Country and Armed Forces.

Thanks for reading my research and of course, my opinion of Mr. Barack Hussein Obama.

My Children Now Grown

This is Christopher, a gay writer and publisher in NYC. Jason and family, Diane and Rhett live in Boulder, Colorado. These yes, are the apple of their dad's eye and still enjoy a father's love even though it is now only "one way". But each day hopefully brings change and they may soon realize how important family is in Life! Love to both you boys from Dad Jeff, a/k/a Jeff the Knutt in the Ham

My Children

A man gets an opportunity in his life to create something special. Here are childhood pictures of my two boy, Jason and Christopher. They are in the flip show I have in my mind of my children and my life and their childhood. A dear friend, Harriet King, told me once that exemplifies who I really am. "Jeff, you live your live vocariously through the eyes of your children".

Harriet said it best, as yes, they were and are my life. Did Jeff do something right just once in his life. I think the answer is yes! I dearly love my children now grown, as Jason is 41 and Christopher is 38. I don't have a relationhip with them but that does not affect the fact that I love them so very much. Enjoy these pictures and I'll try to post a current picture of these boys and let you enjoy them as I do, of how they are now. News at 11:00! Jeff the Knutt in the Ham

Nutter Firewood

The above is the fruit of 3 days work at the Nutter home. I had one oak tree to die at the top of my drive plus I removed another that was in my front yard. This tree we determined was about 75 years old and unfortunately was beginning to threaten our home. It took almost 2 days to take down the two trees safely, using a bucket truck and an experienced climber to remove these two trees safely.

We began Friday at 7:00am, worked all day Friday and Saturday and Sunday afternoon after Church. We began splitting these enormous logs Saturday am, having a 26 ton hydralic splitter and me and two other guys got this done by Sunday about 5:00pm. This is less an F150 pickup truck load I gave to a good neigbour's son who is a good friend of mine and my sons. Another Jeff left with a big smile, almost 2/3 of a cord of wood and a "freebee!"...enjoy/Jeff the Knutt in the Ham

New USA "Bail-Out" Emblem

Notice to all: The above has replaced the EAGLE as America's Emblem! This makes you feel confident, protected, free from catching something, protecting our future, and gives you a feeling of confidence when you are getting F%*&#D. Nice warm feeling, isn't it!
